  • ½ cup vinegar

  • ½ cup water

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tbs sambal

Instructions

  1. Bring water and vinegar to a boil

  2. Stir in salt

  3. Add chili to a jar

  4. Pour vinegar mixture over chili and stir. 

  5. Allow to cool to room temperature and refrigerate
