Best, Fast, Easy- Seasoned Cabbage

I make this cabbage all the time.  It’s good day one but gets better for the next couple of days.  It is perfect for fish tacos, on sandwiches, as a side or as a crunchy addition to any dish that needs it.  

Ingredients

  • ½  medium head of cabbage, purple or green, shredded

  • 1 tsp salt 

  • ½ tsp celery salt

  • ½ tsp ground coriander 

  • 1 tsp sweet paprika

  • 2 tbs rice vinegar

  • ½ lime

  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients with tongs.  

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
