Ingredients

  • 1 bunch green onion

  • 1 thumb sized piece of ginger, peeled

  • 6 cloves garlic

  • 2 tbs soy sauce

  • 2 tbs rice vinegar

  • 1 tbs neutral oil

Instructions

  1. Add oil to a heavy bottomed pot and heat over medium heat. 

  2. Rough chop onion, ginger and garlic.  

  3. Add to pot and saute until soft.  

  4. Follow basic broth recipe

  5. Add soy and vinegar.

  6. Add Salt and pepper to taste
