Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded medium cheddar

  • 1 lb bacon, crispy and crumbled

  • 1 cup scallion

  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Remove crispy potatoes from the oven

  2. Push potatoes close together and or pile slightly

  3. Cover in shredded cheese and crispy bacon

  4. Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese in bubbly and melty.

  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle scallion overtop

  6. Serve with a sour cream
