Ingredients

  • 3-4 medium vine on or roma tomatoes, diced

  • 1 large jalapeno, seeded and minced

  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • ½ cup of minced cilantro (I try to pull mostly leaves but the stems are fine too. Just bundle it all together and run your knife through it.)

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the ingredients 

  2. Add all ingredients to a bowl

  3. Stir to combine

  4. Taste and adjust salt or lime.
