3-4 medium vine on or roma tomatoes, diced
1 large jalapeno, seeded and minced
1 medium onion, diced
½ cup of minced cilantro (I try to pull mostly leaves but the stems are fine too. Just bundle it all together and run your knife through it.)
Juice of ½ lime
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut the ingredients
Add all ingredients to a bowl
Stir to combine
Taste and adjust salt or lime.
