  1. 1 cup shredded cheddar

  2. ½ cup sour cream

  3. ¼ cup scallion or chive

  2. ¼ cup Chive

  3. 4 tbs butter

  4. ¼ cup crumbled gorgonzola (optional)

Samosa Style

Ingredients

  • ½ cup ghee (clarified butter)

  • 2 tbs Rogan Josh  or Garam Masala seasoning

  • 1 cup fine diced onion

  • 3 cloves garlic grated

  • 1 Tsp ginger grated

  • 1 cup defrosted sweet peas

  • ½ cup loosely packed chopped cilantro.  

Instructions

  • Melt ghee over medium heat.

  • Add onion, ginger, salt and pepper and cook, stirring occasionally,  until beginning to caramelize, 10-15 minutes

  • Add spice blend.  Cook until fragrant.

  • Add garlic, cook until sofa and fragrant

  • Add peas to warm through

  • Add this mix and cilantro to the mashed potatoes and stir in until just combined.
